Description
Position Overview:
Conduct bilingual speech and language evaluations for K–8 students, interpret assessment results, and develop comprehensive evaluation reports with recommendations.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students eligible for speech and language services.
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals and provide consultation on effective intervention strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation, uphold confidentiality, and support compliance with applicable special education and licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Arizona Department of Education (DOE) Speech-Language Pathologist Certification
Active Arizona Department of Health (DOH) Speech-Language Pathologist License
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) with Bilingual Certification required
Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Card
Experience in a pediatric or school setting preferred
