Description

Minimum of two (2) years of recent OR nursing experience in a Level 1 Trauma Institution in a metropolitan city with a diverse population.
RNs should have comprehensive experience in Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Colorectal, ENT, Plastic Surgery, Gynecology, Urology, Vascular, Podiatry, Thoracic, and General Surgery.
RNs must be skilled in circulating and assisting during a wide range of surgical procedures, demonstrating a thorough understanding of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and operating room protocols across multiple specialties for elective, urgent, and emergent patient cases.
RNs must be adaptable, able to anticipate surgical team needs, and capable of providing support in both complex and routine procedures, ensuring patient safety and efficient workflow in the operating room.

Certifications: CA RN license, AHA BLS, MAB or CPI, LA Fire Card

MediPro Job ID #52242-3. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
