Description

- RNs with minimum of one (1) year of recent Behavioral Health and Medical/Surgical nursing experience in a community-based acute care hospital
- Required Certifications: CA RN license, AHA BLS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City)

RNs will be providing comprehensive care to patients with acute psychiatric disorders, including mood disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders in a locked behavioral unit.
RNs are responsible for delivering direct patient care, including monitoring mental and physical status, provide suicide prevention, elopement precautions, administering medications, supporting therapeutic interventions, and maintaining patient and unit safety through continuous observation and adherence to security protocols.

MediPro Job ID #52268-7. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
