position
is
to
replace
a
current
traveler
who
is
at
the
end
of
her
assignment.
This
position
will
help
staff
the
2
scanners
in
CFT
on
evening
shift,
which
is
the
busiest
shift
for
all
CT
area's.
This
location
serves
all
the
ED
and
inpatient
CT
needs
across
the
Bramhall
campus
and
has
a
consistent
internal
productivity
index
that
is
great
than
110%.
(134%
last
PP
&
113%
YTD).
With
over
6
FTE
vacancies,
we
are
unable
to
fill
this
position
with
current
staff.
We
are
also
opening
a
new
CT
location
at
96
Campus
Drive
this
fall,
which
will
continue
to
make
it
harder
to
meet
our
current
staffing
needs.
Without
filling
this
position,
we
will
either
need
to
reduce
services
at
Bramhall,
which
will
impact
LOS
for
patients
awaiting
CT
imaging,
or
we
will
need
to
pull
staff
from
the
outpatient
locations,
effecting
access
to
care.
There
is
currently
a
backlog
of
over
800
CT
orders.
