Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in acute patient care settings
• BLS certification (required), ACLS preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and documentation systems

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care on a diverse Med-Surg unit
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and update care plans accordingly
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and post-discharge instructions
