- Shift Hours: Days Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:00am-5:30pm with potential on-call hours. Hemodialysis machine used is 2008T, Peritoneal Dialysis is Claria. Outpatient clinic within a hospital. Also serves inpatients. Serve chronic and acute population. 3x12 Hr
- Active and Unencumbered State License or Compact (if applicable)
- At least 2 years of current experience
