Now Hiring: RN Clinical Coordinator – Med Surg | Full-Time, Nights
Location: Abrazo Arrowhead Campus – 67th Ave & W Union Hills Dr, Glendale, AZ
Are you a strong clinical RN with leadership instincts? Abrazo Arrowhead is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to support and guide our Med Surg team on night shift.
This is a great opportunity for an RN with 2+ years of experience looking to step into a leadership role while staying hands-on in patient care.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate RN scheduling and unit operations
- Support staff development and training
- Act as liaison between nursing, providers, and administration
- Help meet regulatory standards and quality goals
- Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
What You Bring:
- AZ RN license + current CPR certification
- Associate’s in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- 2+ years of clinical RN experience (Med Surg/floor experience a plus)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Leadership potential or previous supervisory experience
