Job Summary

Are you a strong clinical RN with leadership instincts? Abrazo Arrowhead is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to support and guide our Med Surg team on night shift. This is a great opportunity for an RN with 2+ years of experience looking to step into a leadership role while staying hands-on in patient care.

Coordinate RN scheduling and unit operations
Support staff development and training
Act as liaison between nursing, providers, and administration
Help meet regulatory standards and quality goals
Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
