We’re currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a skilled nursing facility setting. If you’re passionate about helping individuals improve their communication and swallowing abilities, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patient needs.
Provide therapy to improve patients’ communication, cognitive, and swallowing skills.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers about strategies and exercises to enhance therapy outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions.

Requirements

Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred (CFY candidates are welcome to apply!).
Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to therapy.
