We’re currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a skilled nursing facility setting. If you’re passionate about helping individuals improve their communication and swallowing abilities, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patient needs.
- Provide therapy to improve patients’ communication, cognitive, and swallowing skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about strategies and exercises to enhance therapy outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred (CFY candidates are welcome to apply!).
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
