Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: 12/22/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1887.13 - $2067.81

Unit Notes Department: Outpatient PT OR license required # of patients treated per day 9 -11 General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) - BLS Other Certs Required for all PT: N/A Common diagnosis / Types of patients: ortho, neuro, medical, post surgical, spine Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? outpatient What areas are they required to cover? outpatient Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties - Able to navigate laptop; learn new EMR, demonstrate teamwork and attention to detail in a busy outpatient clinic serving a variety of age groups and conditions Rehab Aides: one aide per clinic (non direct patient care); 1 PTA per clinic w/individual caseloads Shifts & Scheduling - Days M- F, 8-10 hour shifts - schedule will be created per clinic need at tiiming of contract/dates covered Weekend Requirement - none Holiday Requirement - none Scrub Color/Dress Code: business casual (i.e. khakis/slacks and pollo/button shirt/blouse) Department specific orientation - completed by supervisor and colleagues
