Located in the vibrant city of Greensboro, NC, this role offers a blend of professional and cultural enrichment. Greensboro is known for its dynamic attractions, including the Greensboro Science Center, The Bog Garden at Benjamin Park, and the historic Guilford Courthouse National Military Park. This city provides an inviting environment with plenty of recreational activities, shopping, and dining options. The Clinical Supervisor in the MRI Department will work in a supportive and collaborative team atmosphere, leading MRI technologists and support staff. You'll ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and be pivotal in achieving clinical, service, and operational goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing department operations, training and supervising staff, maintaining MRI equipment, and ensuring patient safety. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts, with occasional weekend work for emergent coverage. Ideal candidates should have a passion for developing protocols, strategic planning, coordinating seamless care across departments, and participating in research studies to enhance patient experiences.
