StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1686.39 - $1847.85

North Carolina licensed PT needed for Home Health duties in Charlotte. 3x12 schedule; 0800-2000. 6 visits a day. There is not a max mileage to drive. The average is 60-80 miles a day. Mileage is reimbursed weekly. NC license, BLS required.
