SHIFT: DAYS- 8A-5P - MON-FRI (variable 7A-6P) NO CALL, NO WEEKENDS, NO HOSPITAL DUTIES FLOATING MINIMAL BETWEEN TWO FACILITIES NO 48 HOUR NO BLOCK MAX RTO 8 DAYS OUTPATIENT ONLY REHAB SERVICES REQUIREMENTS: BLS TX LIC AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE-ORTHO, NEURO, CHRONIC PAIN Patient Ratio: 1:1 -5 TO 8 OP PER DAY SCRUB COLOR - BLACK OR BUSINESS CASUAL EMR - MEDHOST AND REDOC

Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
