Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute
Experience: 2 years
PT-MA(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

2+ years of acute, inpatient experience required - must have Level 1 Trauma experience
