StartDate: 3/30/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D/E/N Pay Rate: $2210.00 - $2277.00

OT- Inpatient Rehab & Acute needed asap Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need. Responsible for providing OT treatments to employees/patients based on an evaluation of their need and status. Maintains appropriate records and assists with in-services and Community Health Program. 2+ years current Inpatient/Acute Occupational Therapy experience [Required] Active American Heart Association BLS Ability to work independently. Experience in a Critical Access hospital [Required] Travel experience [Preferred] CERNER EMR EXPERIENCE [Required] Travel experience [Highly preferred] This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.

Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Inpatient Rehab OT-VT Certifications: BLS(Copy needed) AND Occupational Therapist, Acute SSN Required DOB Required References: 2 References in entire work history Ability to work independently.
Experience in a Critical Access hospital [Required]
CERNER EMR EXPERIENCE [Required]

Preferred Qualifications
