Travel OT Home Health jobs in Albany, NY offer a 13-week assignment with a Monday to Friday schedule, working 7.5 hours per day for a total of 37.5 hours per week. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy in patients’ homes, and document visits using Homecare Home Base. This role requires a New York OT license and prior home health experience. You will cover Albany County and complete 5 visits per day.
