Your day will include evaluating new admissions, conducting therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate records. You may work with a diverse caseload, supporting both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents. To qualify, you must hold a current Speech-Language Pathologist license for North Carolina and have completed a master’s degree in speech-language pathology. Experience in skilled nursing or similar settings is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills are essential. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and up-to-date vaccinations are recommended.
