Located in the charming area of Mechanicsville, VA, our mobile Nuclear Medicine PET Technologist position is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. As part of our advanced mobile unit, you will be responsible for performing PET scans and ensuring high-quality patient care. The mobile facility is noted for its state-of-the-art equipment and commitment to excellence in patient care and imaging services. This role will primarily involve traveling to various locations, offering you the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and diverse professional settings. Typical responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive diagnostic images. The position offers flexibility, allowing you to engage with several healthcare settings, each providing a unique learning experience, particularly in nuclear medicine.

Required Qualifications
Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Positron Emission Tomography
Experience: 2 years
NMT-VA
Certifications(At least one of the following): CERT-NMTCB- CNMT, CERT-ARRT- N, BLS-AHA
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

• CNMT
• ARRT (N)

Scanner – Siemens mCT20
Exams performed – only PSMA using Pylarify … no other PET exams and no Diagnostic CTs being performed.
Hours – 7am-530pm Mon-Thurs

Scanning 7-10 exam/day. Always staffing 2 team members. Either Tech and Assistant or 2 Techs.
