Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2791.00 - $2876.00

PT needed ASAP We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing physical therapy interventions to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. The Physical Therapist will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and effective care EMR: Point Click Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in California. Proven experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a post-acute or rehabilitation setting. Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and implementation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in physical therapy. CPR certification (preferred). Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move patients, equipment, and supplies. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and performing physical therapy interventions. Manual dexterity and strength to perform therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.

Preferred Qualifications
