Mammo Techs require the following documentation upon submission:
o a copy of DE license
o a copy of current ARRT card
o a copy of Mammography registry certificate (if no date on it, need ARRT documentation showing registry date)
o 8 initial hours of digital training
o 8 initial hours of tomosynthesis training
o 15 current mammography CME's
o Initial 40 hours of training/ attestation
o Current 200 mammography stats
