Physical Therapist Assistant - Skilled - (PTA)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1629.00 - $1678.00

Notes for internal use only: Focus on community-based care and award-winning service. Required Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in the state of Oregon. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care facility. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Up-to-date vaccinations including COVID-19. Preferred Qualifications Experience with geriatric population care. Advanced certification in gerontology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
