Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
