Shift Notes: M-F, 8 hr days- Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM Weekend Requirements: No Weekends On Call Requirements: No Call You’ll implement treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and document progress under the supervision of a physical therapist. This role requires at least 1 year of PTA experience, long term care or rehab experience, and a current PTA license. Texas state license or compact is accepted.
