Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2426.00 - $2499.00

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at a modern inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Baytown, Texas. This role is ideal for a PT who is passionate about helping patients regain independence through intensive, interdisciplinary rehab care. Setting Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital (IRF) Medically complex patient population Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment (PT, OT, SLP, nursing, physicians) Patient Population Stroke Brain injury Spinal cord injury Orthopedic trauma Neurological conditions General debility and medically complex rehab patients Schedule Full-time Day shifts Weekend rotation as required Responsibilities Provide high-quality physical therapy services to inpatient rehab patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Perform evaluations, progress notes, and discharge planning Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team Educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and recovery goals Maintain compliance with all documentation and regulatory standards Qualifications Active Texas PT license (required) Inpatient rehab or acute care experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Ability to manage medically complex patients
