Job Description & Requirements
Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: 4/27/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2705.00 - $2787.00
PT - outpatient needed asap The Orthopedic Center is closed on the weekends and all major holidays. EPIC EMR is used. At least two years of current experience with orthopedics, especially post-operative orthopedic patients is required. BLS required. Ohio license and registry required (cannot be in process). 2 years experience The PT will be required to float to other Zanesville worksites, but only should the Orthopedic caseload drop significantly. However, this is not expected to happen. Candidates with multiple days of RTO requests will be low priority candidates.

Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
