Certifications: M-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists

a copy of FL license
a copy of current ARRT card
a copy of Mammography registry certificate (if no date on it, need ARRT documentation showing registry date)
8 initial hours of digital training
8 initial hours of tomosynthesis training
15 current mammography CME's
Initial 40 hours of training/ attestation
Current 200 mammography stats
