Travel Occupational Therapist jobs in Gainesville, FL let you provide patient evaluations, ADLs, transfers, family and patient education, therapeutic exercise, and functional training in a 30-bed inpatient rehab unit. You will work with a team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and techs, using typical IPR gym equipment and Meditech Expanse for documentation. Patient ratios are 7:1, and weekend rotation is required. You must have an active Florida Occupational Therapist license and BLS certification. Adaptability and independence are valued, especially in a new hospital and unit start-up.
