Pros
AMN is my preferred staffing agency. While I do work with other agencies from time to time, that’s typically due to specific contract opportunities or locations I’m targeting. However, AMN remains my go-to for several reasons: their strong benefits, competitive pay structure, and seamless onboarding process. Most importantly, their recruiters set them apart. My first experience with AMN was with Jamil Sipes, and it was exceptional. He was attentive, truly listened to what I was looking for, and consistently delivered. Since 2019, we’ve built a strong working relationship, and I’ve chosen to continue working exclusively with him. He advocates for me during negotiations, ensures I’m placed in a positive work environment, and regularly checks in on how I’m doing. He’s also always accessible whenever I need support.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any cons. My experience has been lovely.
