This Mammography Technologist role is based in Lakeland, Florida, a centrally located and rapidly growing city set between Tampa and Orlando. The position is at a dedicated outpatient imaging center that focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered breast imaging services. The center offers a modern, professional environment with updated imaging suites and a streamlined workflow designed to support both technologists and radiologists. You will join a collaborative team of imaging professionals who prioritize safety, compassion, and clear communication. In this role, you will primarily perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, ensuring accurate positioning, proper technique, and consistent image quality. A typical day includes preparing patients for exams, reviewing relevant clinical history, educating patients on the procedure, obtaining high-quality images, and working closely with radiologists and support staff to facilitate timely interpretations and follow-up. You will be responsible for adhering to ACR and MQSA standards, following all radiation safety protocols, and participating in routine quality control procedures. Patient volumes are steady and organized through scheduled appointments, allowing you to focus on patient care and image quality rather than rushed exams. You can expect to work with adult and senior patient populations, including both routine screenings and diagnostic evaluations. Shifts are generally daytime hours on weekdays, with the possibility of occasional extended hours depending on patient demand and special events such as screening days. This position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in mammography while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Required Qualifications
Mammography Technologist, Mammography
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: RAD-FL
Certifications: M-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists; BLS

Outpatient Women's Imaging Experience - Mammo Tech needed for Lakeland. Monday through Friday. Bone Density and X-Ray exam experience a plus. Diagnostic mammogram exam times are 20 mins, Screening exams are 10 mins.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Outpatient Women's Imaging Experience. Upright Stereotactic Biopsies a plus, will need to train if no experience. Hologic equipment.
