Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: SLP-ID
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); ASHA-ASHA(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
