Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient - (PTA)
StartDate: 5/4/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1469.00 - $1514.00

PTA - Outpatient needed asap for 13 weeks Applicants within 50 miles of facility are not eligible. AHSA will run a name clear with the facility case by case. Applicants who were direct employees within the last 2 years are not eligible. AHSA will run a name clear with the facility case by case. 2+ Years of PTA Experience - Required BLS (AHA) - Required IL License - Required Strong background in TKR, THR is preferable Experience in a busy outpatient clinic is preferable

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, Outpatient
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: PTA-IL
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Work history
Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed
Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
