SLP- LTACH needed asap for 13 weeks What is the work schedule for this position? Monday through Friday and 1 weekend per month MBSS Experience Required 1-2 years experience Facility Setting? LTACH Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Yes. Between Louisville and Louisville @ Jewish as needed Number of beds in your facility? 65/36 Preferred experience level? Acute care/LTACH/Vents Traches/CVA EMR for your facility: Protouch Scrub colors / dress code: Navy Blue Scrubs Parking Location: Front of Hospital Main Lot
