Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School - (SLP - School)
StartDate: 9/2/2026 Available Shifts: 7.5 D Pay Rate: $2156.00 - $2222.00

As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will support students across elementary and/or secondary schools, providing assessments, IEP-driven therapy, and collaboration with educators and families. Typical responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing IEPs, delivering individual and small-group therapy, contributing to multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation. Caseloads are designed to be manageable, with a focus on educationally relevant, functional communication goals. Schedules generally follow the school calendar with weekday daytime hours, offering a predictable routine and the opportunity to develop strong relationships within a supportive, student-centered educational community.

Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, School

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
State SLP License in State of Residence
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)


Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
