Shift Notes: M-F, 8 hr days- Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM Weekend Requirements: No weekends unless a holiday falls within M-F, then they can make the hours up on the weekend. No Call You’ll assess communication and swallowing needs, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and collaborate with healthcare teams. Required qualifications include a MO state license, CCC certification, and at least 1 year of SLP experience in LTC or SNF. New grads are welcome if they have Level II experience.
