Reputable Outpatient is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist to join the team in Santa Cruz, CA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Licenses: PT-CA
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

License and OP experience are required.

Preferred Qualifications
Travel experience is preferred
Active CA License
Outpatient Experience Required
