Physical Therapy Assistant jobs in home health and hospice in Littleton, New Hampshire let you provide therapy treatments for patients from pediatrics to geriatrics in their homes. Shift Notes: Monday - Friday; around 8/9am start. 40hrs/week Weekend Requirements: None On Call Requirements: None You will implement care plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, use therapeutic exercise and modalities, and help patients achieve their highest level of function. This role requires 1-2 years of current Physical Therapist Assistant experience in home health, experience with pediatric to geriatric age groups, previous travel experience is highly preferred, and home health and/or hospice experience. You must have an active American Heart Association BLS and follow a business casual dress code with no open toe shoes. Only candidates living more than 50 miles from Littleton are accepted, and permanent address must be included in the submission.
