You will play a key role in supporting patient progress and collaborating with the therapy team to ensure optimal outcomes. A typical day involves direct patient care, implementing prescribed therapy exercises, monitoring patient responses, and documenting progress. You will communicate regularly with the supervising Occupational Therapist and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and adjust treatment plans as needed. Required qualifications include an active OT license in California and experience working in skilled nursing or similar settings.
