Travel OT Home Health jobs in Ventura, CA are available for 13-week assignments with full-time Monday through Friday 8-hour day shifts. You must have at least 1 year of OT experience and a current CA license. Your responsibilities include conducting in-home occupational therapy evaluations, developing personalized care plans, guiding patients in daily activities, and documenting care in WellSky EMR. You will travel within Oxnard, Camarillo, and Ventura counties, with schedules provided several days in advance. Expect 5-6 visits per day, 25-30 per week, and mileage reimbursement at IRS $0.72 per mile 1. Ventura, CA offers beautiful beaches, vibrant arts, and easy access to outdoor recreation.
