Description
Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $1970.00 - $2030.00
Join a permanent outpatient PT role in Fairbanks, Alaska, where a tight-knit community meets big adventure energy. Fairbanks offers a unique blend of vibrant small-city life and wild Alaska backdrop. Summers bring endless daylight, farmers’ markets, festivals, and trail time; winters light up with the Northern Lights, cozy coffee shops, and a strong community vibe. If you enjoy hiking, skiing, aurora chasing, or just exploring something different, this is a fantastic place to live and work. In this role, you will practice in an outpatient clinic focused on general orthopedics, with a strong opportunity to see pelvic floor patients if that aligns with your interests. Expect a steady Monday–Friday schedule working five 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week, with no on-call. You’ll evaluate and treat a mix of orthopedic diagnoses, design individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with a supportive rehab team focused on evidence-based care and patient-centered outcomes. The clinic environment is designed for efficiency and quality: modern equipment, EMR-based documentation, and a caseload that allows you to build strong therapeutic relationships. You’ll have the chance to refine your ortho skills, develop or expand your pelvic health expertise, and grow professionally in a setting that values autonomy, teamwork, and continuous learning.
