This Physical Therapist position is based in a modern outpatient clinic in Commerce City, Colorado, in the growing Reunion area. Commerce City combines the convenience of being just minutes from Denver with the feel of a close-knit community. You will be working in a professional, patient-centered environment that emphasizes evidence-based practice, collaboration and continuous improvement. The workspace is designed to support efficient patient flow, with dedicated treatment areas, modern equipment and access to a variety of therapeutic tools to support individualized care. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal outpatient caseload, including post-surgical, sports-related and work-related injuries. Your day typically includes comprehensive initial evaluations, development of individualized plans of care, ongoing therapeutic interventions and regular reassessment of functional progress. Caseloads are structured to balance productivity with the time needed for quality care and thorough documentation. You will collaborate closely with therapy colleagues and referring providers to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes. Typical responsibilities include performing detailed musculoskeletal and functional assessments, designing and implementing exercise and manual therapy programs, educating patients and families on injury prevention and self-management strategies, and documenting all care accurately in the EMR. You may also have the opportunity to participate in specialized programs such as sports rehabilitation, work conditioning or return-to-work services, depending on your interests and the needs of the community. Shifts are generally daytime hours on weekdays, offering a predictable schedule and a work-life balance that allows you to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and urban amenities that the Denver metro area provides. Patient schedules are organized to provide consistent follow-up and continuity of care, with a supportive administrative structure to streamline scheduling and authorizations.
