This is a 13-week outpatient assignment with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule of 5 eight-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week. No on-call expectations, so your evenings and weekends stay yours. You’ll join a supportive therapy team in a modern clinic setting, focusing on a mix of neuro, ortho, post-op, and balance patients. Expect a steady, manageable outpatient caseload where you can move with purpose, stay hands-on, and see meaningful functional gains. Your typical day will center around individualized evaluations, targeted treatment sessions, and clear, efficient documentation. You’ll design progressive exercise programs, integrate manual techniques, and refine balance and gait training to help patients safely return to daily activities, work, and recreation. Collaboration is key: you’ll coordinate with referring providers and fellow clinicians to keep care plans aligned and patient-focused.
