Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

This temporary direct Physical Therapist opportunity is based in Cape May Court House, New Jersey, a welcoming coastal community close to some of the state’s most beautiful beaches, boardwalks, and shore attractions. During the summer, the area comes alive with visitors and locals enjoying waterfront activities, parks, festivals, and a relaxed yet vibrant small-town feel. The position is in a general outpatient orthopedic setting, caring for a broad range of active individuals, especially during the peak summer season. You will work with patients who are highly motivated to stay active, including recreational athletes, beachgoers, workers in physically demanding roles, and post-operative orthopedic cases. Schedule is 5 eight-hour day shifts per week, for an expected 40 hours, providing a predictable daytime workweek and consistent volume. Typical responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, individualized plan-of-care development, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education focused on safe return to activity and prevention of re-injury. You will manage a busy but reasonable outpatient caseload, focusing on quality, evidence-based care in a supportive clinic environment.
