This outpatient physical therapy role is based in Trinity, Florida, a growing community in the Tampa Bay area known for its safe neighborhoods, quality schools, and convenient access to beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. Clinicians enjoy a suburban lifestyle with nearby parks, golf courses, waterfront activities, and a variety of dining and shopping options, all within an easy drive to Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg. The clinic offers a modern outpatient environment with strong support from a local sports program and nearby high school, creating a steady and diverse caseload. Typical patient populations include general orthopedics, post-surgical cases, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and pelvic health, providing a broad clinical mix and opportunities to refine and expand specialty interests. Therapists can expect a manageable caseload of approximately 13–15 visits per day, with dedicated mentorship available to support clinical growth and confidence. The schedule is structured around five 8-hour daytime shifts for a total of 40 hours per week, allowing for predictable workdays and consistent patient follow-up. Daily responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, delivery of evidence-based interventions, timely documentation, and close collaboration with referring providers and athletic partners. The clinic culture emphasizes teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning, making it a supportive setting for clinicians interested in advancing their outpatient, orthopedic, and sports-related skills.
