Occupational Therapist, Home Health Experience: 1 year OT-MA Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) Holidays: Occasional Holidays Weekends: 2 Weekends or 4 weekend days within 13-week contract SSN Required DOB Required Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
