StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2175.00 - $2241.00

SLP needed asap Facility Setting? LTACH Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Flamingo Hospital 5659 Number of beds in your facility? 52 Preferred experience level? MBS, Trach/Vent, PMV – Acute setting Is there anyone in the past that has worked for you that you would consider rehiring? No EMR for your facility: ProTouch Scrub colors / dress code: Black Parking Location: onsite - free

Speech/Language Pathologist, Long Term Acute Care
Experience: 1 year
SLP-NV
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)
SSN Required
