Licenses: RAD-NY
Certifications: R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

Work History: Should not be more than 21 days of gap in entire work history
References: 2 References in entire work history

MUST HAVE RECENT LEVEL 1 TRAUMA & OR EXPERIENCE INDICATED IN WORK HISTORY & Experience using c-arm/o-arm in the past 8 months
Minimum 1 year experience in a children’s hospital.
Minimum 1year experience in trauma 1 center
Skills checklist with their familiarity in pediatric fluoroscopy exams (UGI, VCUGs, Barium Enema, etc) and NICU portables must be included
