Travel Physical Therapist jobs in Fort Dodge, Iowa let you work in both outpatient and acute care rehab settings. You will spend four days a week in the outpatient clinic and one day in acute care, using EPIC for documentation. Required qualifications include at least one year of previous PT experience, outpatient experience, Iowa PT license, and BLS certification. Shift Times: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hours/Day: 8 Shift Notes: 0800 start Weekend Requirements: May be asked to work random weekend if traveler is willing to help with acute care coverage. 1-2 in 13 weeks. On Call Requirements: Saturday 0700-1100 for priority and new neuro patient evals and Sunday 07-1200 only for new neuro patient evals.
