Certifications: OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
Weekends: 2 Weekends or 4 weekend days within 13-week contract
Holidays: Occasional Holidays

Home Health Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
