Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OT-OK(Copy needed)
Certifications: OTR-NBCOT; BLS-AHA
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
