Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Rehab Experience: 1 year Licenses: PT-MA Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 2 References in entire work history Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
